Perfect localisation, friendly and competent staff, spacious and well-equipped rooms.

I would prefer having simple, continental breakfast included in price (or optional). Now the breakfast is fine, rich but very expensive. There are people (I am one) who do not like to eat too much for breakfasts. For them paying 15 E for a cup of coffee plus two pieces of bread with jam or honey is unacceptable.

Friendly staff. Underground parking worked well. Centrally located to the old town center. Very good restaurant food.

Air conditioning did not work well and there was just a small window that could be partly opened for ventilation.

We had an amazing stay at this centrally located hotel! The quiet surroundings made for a relaxing experience. The large, clean room with a stunning view of the Old Town was perfect for our needs. The staff were accommodating and friendly throughout our stay. We also enjoyed the convenience of being within walking distance of the city centre and a short distance from the train station and tram stations.

The lack of free Wi-Fi in the hotel was an inconvenience for us.

The bed was comfortable and the room was quite clean. The location was great, close to restaurants and the main attractions. The breakfast was abundant and tasty.

The Wi-Fi had to be purchased separately which was a real disappointment. , the heating system was not effective enough to keep the room warm during the winter.

The hotel's decoration was lovely, with elegant furnishings and warm colors that made me feel right at home. The general areas were well-maintained and clean, providing a comfortable and inviting atmosphere. Additionally, the hotel's accessibility for senior people was exceptional. There were ramps and elevators throughout the building, making it easy for me to navigate and ensuring a safe and convenient stay.

It would have been even better for senior people if the staff had been more attentive and understanding of our needs. They could have been more patient and helpful when assisting us, considering that some of us may require additional assistance or have specific requirements.

The rooms on the upper floors offer a breathtaking panoramic view of the city's lively happenings. I stayed in a stylishly furnished twin bed room with a view to the west and it was absolutely stunning. As a guest who appreciates beautiful views, it made my stay extra special.

Personally, I found the one feature I liked less was the limited number of suites available. However, this is just my subjective opinion and others may still find enjoyment in the 11 suites offered.

This hotel is perfectly situated in the heart of the city, making it really convenient to explore the downtown area. The location is ideal, with a large shopping mall just next door. The staff here are amazing, always friendly and helpful, making me feel welcome and at home. The service is top-notch, with efficient room service, dry cleaning, and housekeeping. The rooms are clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, with all the amenities I needed for a comfortable stay.

Spent Easter weekend in this hotel and it was fantastic! The location was perfect, right next to the biggest mall in the city and close to various restaurants. We had a great view of the city from our room and the room was spacious and had a very comfortable bed. The breakfast was great, with lots of options to choose from. Enjoyed the free Easter egg hunt organized by the hotel, a nice touch.

The check-in process was a bit slow and the staff were a bit disorganized, but once we were checked in everything ran smoothly. The mini-bar in the room was quite expensive, but there was a vending machine in the hallway with cheaper options.
